  My order was delivered with security tag attached and the Solihull branch were unable to take it off. I was told I would have to take the coat to the bullring shop. Not possible for me as I have mobility problems. No solution could be found by customer services. But thankfully the managers in Touchwood Solihull came go my rescue Thank you Steve & Karen for going that extra mile. Especially Steve who is taking the coat to get the tag removed in His own time......excellent service... I am very grateful.

  Always shopped here since I was a kid never had any problems always friendly helpfull staff n the only place I can get a 28 perfect fit pair of jeans lol

  Dreadful manager, be careful. of the returms policy !! After purchasing £280 worth of clothing, 14 days later I returned £108 worth as the fitting was not good but had unfortunately lost my receipt, but did produce my bank statement to confirm my purchase. I was told I was only able to exchange the clothes and NOT be able to have a gift voucher or any form of credit. I rang head office who informed me gift vouchers are available of returns and this decision made was that of the manager and incorrect. I rang Solihull and complained , there answer was Head Office has no right to over ride the decision of the store manager and still refused to give a credit note or gift voucher. Apparently Solihull store manager refused the vouchers because of the amount and yet no information was given of the returns policy when I spent £280 !! I also hold a River Island account and this is the last time I shall be making any purchases. Well done Solihull Branch. !
