  Excellent, very friendly and knowledgable. Stuart, the Deputy manager is a real created to the company. I was contacted by this store after suffering an on going issue with a product I'd purchased online with RS. Not only did Stuart fix this problem for me quickly, he also reminded me of why I shopped at RS to begin with, great product knowledge and service. You can't beat sales at this level. Brilliant job. I'll be back again soon.
