Fantastic service from Matt who called to let us know that due to the length of our windows the pattern we liked would have a seam in it. They didn't go ahead with making it as they wanted to check we were happy with that first. We went away and were going to ask for a refund but instead swapped to a plain fabric. Matt couldn't have been more patient and we're really looking forward to seeing the final product!
